I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (qualifying in 2009), a Diploma in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), qualification in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and am a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Practitioner.

I have training in Person-Centred/Humanistic Counselling, Integrative Counselling, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Holistic Therapies.

I work within the guidelines of the BACP Ethical Framework, professional memberships and The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In line with my professional Code of Practice, I receive excellent supervision on a monthly basis, to discuss my work to ensure best practice; thus ensuring ethical and professional standards are maintained in accordance with BACP Ethical Framework and GHSC regulations. The identity of all my clients remains confidential throughout the supervision process.

I also undertake continued professional development (CPD) to develop new skills to further benefit clients and maintain my BACP, GHSC, CNHC and UKRF Registered Membership status.
