Hypnotherapy Programmes

Some issues may benefit from a small number of ‘targeted therapy’ sessions. I offer a selection of bespoke ‘Hypnotherapy Programmes’, which incorporate Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with specific techniques and information to offer an effective approach for a range of issues. Programmes include:

‘Anxiety Relief Programme’

‘No More Panic Attacks Programme’

Do you experience panic attacks? Have you experienced times when you feel so overwhelmed and have debilitating symptoms that can stop you in your tracks, such as shortness of breath, feeling dizzy, racing heartbeat, sweating, trembling, pins and needles or feelings of being ungrounded?

If so, you may have experienced a panic attack and this four-step programme may be for you. Sessions include Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy and explore specific techniques, coping strategies and information to help relieve general anxiety, build your confidence and enable you to prevent or deal with panic attacks more effectively.

‘Stress Management Programme’

Do you feel constantly stressed, feel overwhelmed at work, home or in social situations? Are you avoiding tasks or situations or taking time off work due to feeling stressed or being unable to cope?

Then this four-step programme may be for you. Sessions include Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy and explore specific techniques, coping strategies and information to help manage your stress levels, work/life balance and life in a more effective way. It will give you the tools to better handle everyday stress, feel more confident in your abilities and address time management.

‘Confidence and Self-Esteem Building Programme’

‘IBS Relief Programme’

‘Sleep Well Programme’

Does disturbed sleep or Insomnia feature in your life? Do you have trouble getting to sleep, spend hours awake, overthinking and worrying about the day ahead or wake up and cannot get back to sleep?

If so, this four-step programme may help you. Sessions include Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy and explore your ‘sleep hygiene’ and sleep routine with specific recommendations and relaxation techniques to help restore a healthy sleep pattern.

‘Beat Your Phobia Programme’

Do you have Claustrophobia - fear of closed spaces, Agoraphobia - fear of leaving home/outside places, Aerophobia - fear of flying, Arachnophobia - fear of spiders or Acrophobia - fear of heights, to name but a few phobias? Do you get anxious about certain situations, fearing and imagining the worst possible outcome?

If so, you may have or be developing a phobia. My three-step programme may help you overcome your fears and gain control. Sessions include Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy along with specific techniques to lower your fears to a more manageable level and build your confidence.

‘Weight-Loss Programme’

Are you un-happy with your weight? Do you worry that your weight may affect your overall health and wellbeing? Are you constantly on a diet or struggle to maintain your target weight?

Then this four-step programme may help you to re-gain a positive relationship with food and achieve a healthy weight. Sessions include Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy to target eating habits and make positive changes to establish a healthy food relationship and lose weight.

‘Gastric Band Weight-Loss Programme’

Are you significantly overweight? Do you have health issues relating to being overweight?

If this sounds like you, then a ‘virtual gastric band’ may help you gain control of your eating habits and lose weight. This five-step programme can be accessed following GP consent and is a targeted approach of Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy to ‘install a virtual gastric band under hypnosis’ with the aim of helping you reduce weight.

‘Pregnancy & Childbirth Programme’

Are you expecting your first baby and feeling overwhelmed by hormones and body changes, feeling nervous about the birth or worried about bonding with your baby? Have you experienced previous childbirth complications, trauma around conceiving or miscarriage and understandably feel anxious about this pregnancy?

Then this four-step programme to support pregnancy and childbirth may be for you. Sessions include Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy and explore specific relaxation techniques, strategies to help cope with morning sickness, bond with your unborn baby and techniques to use during labour to encourage a controlled and calm experience. The programme will be tailored to you, depending upon your needs and trimester stage and can be extended to include post natal coping, bonding with your child, breast/bottle feeding, and techniques to support your wellbeing and self care. ** Please note - this programme is not intended to give antenatal advice, but aids complementary support around your existing natal care.

‘Alcohol Awareness Programme’

Do you find you rely on having a drink to get through the week? Is alcohol consumption negatively affecting your relationships, impacting on your moods and ability to function or creating financial difficulties for you?

If so, you may benefit from reducing your alcohol intake or quitting completely and this four-step programme may help you gain more control and reduce your drinking habit. Sessions include Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy, methods to identify triggers, patterns, the negative impact of alcohol and specific techniques to help you quit or reduce your alcohol intake. It will also explore any significant life changes required to help maintain long-term change.

** Please be aware this programme may only be accessible with GP consent or following an alcohol recovery programme.

‘Stop Smoking Programme’

Do you want to stop smoking? Have you tried everything, without success?

Then, please consider Hypnotherapy. This one session two hour programme incorporates Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with techniques to help change your views on smoking and empower you to quit.

‘Quit Vaping Programme’

Do you want to quit vaping? Have you tried without success?

Then, please consider Hypnotherapy. This one session two hour programme incorporates Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with techniques to help change your views on vaping and empower you to quit the habit.

‘Online Hypnotherapy’

Hypnotherapy sessions and ‘Hypnotherapy Programmes’ can be offered online via Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp Video Call, Skype or Teams.

All programmes are bespoke and specifically designed to help with these issues. Sessions are most effective when attended weekly, so you would need to accommodate this into your schedule as best you can.
